A source close to the producer hinted Broadwayghana that Frimprince, who had for the past years produced all six albums of Evangelist Diana Asamoah, was hesitant to produce the seventh album because they both disagreed on what songs should appear on the album.
Evangelist Diana Asamoah is one of Ghana's inspirational and motivational Gospel musicians who doubles as a radio presenter with Angel FM and Light FM in Kumasi.
In a bid to find the truth of the story, Broadwayghana contacted Frimprince, who confirmed the story, saying they both had different ideas. He went further to state that the misunderstanding arose from the fact that he wanted Evangelist Diana Asamoah to stay to her style of singing, which is quite exposed on her 5th and 6th albums where she sampled the old gospel songs and made them her own, whereas the latter wanted to stay with the way she started, that is creating new songs.
It is still unknown if both parties will finally agree to work on the seventh album or go their separate ways after working successfully and consistently for the past years.
At the time of publication, attempts to reach Evangelist Diana Asamoah for her side of the story proved futile.
Broadwayghana promises to update readers as and when there are any developments to the story.
