Caspot, a fast growing player in Ghana's hospitality industry, has set an agenda to be the leader in the local tourism industry.
The restaurant, which has gone through a series of renovation, is set to give the industry a major boost with its local and continental dishes.
The proprietor of Caspot, Appeadu Siaw, told BEATWAVES that his outfit, which had contributed toward the progress of the hospitality industry in Ghana, would continue to build a brand, engage and partner with other stakeholders to promote the hospitality industry.
He noted that Caspot, located near Nyaho Clinic in Accra, had an experienced staff ready to help one create a memorable event.
From the first phone call to the final good night, its goal is to ensure that customers' needs are not only met, but anticipated.
The proprietor stressed, 'Caspot's reputation is founded on an innovative approach to food presentation, creativity and consistency', adding that it took pride in its ability to offer a wide range of culinary creations with an emphasis on quality.
'We can also assist in a variety of services from referring specialists to using our in-house team for floral, décor, lighting entertainment, full bar service. We have space available for meetings, wedding receptions or any type of event.'
He added, 'We have a floor space for up to 1000 people with commensurate convenience. At Caspot customers will find a variety of Ghanaian and African dishes as well as some selected continental dishes in a serene and pleasant atmosphere'.
According to the proprietor, the culinary industry could play a key role by promoting local food and using local produce to prepare dishes to attract even foreigners.
