Nescafe, a brand from Nestle Ghana has organised a three-day Nescafe Red Mug Hot Air Balloon festival at the Nima/Mamobi Kawukudi park.
The festival was to create excitement and fun about the Nescafe brand started last Thursday, February 9 and ended on Saturday .
The invited guests present at the festival were made to sit in the Nescafe Red Mug Hot Air Balloon and flown around the Nima, Kanda and Maamobi areas amidst lots of fun and excitement.
The Hot Air Balloon is the oldest and most successful human-carrying flight technology. By blowing hot air inside a giant envelope, it rises into the air with a suspended basket capable of carrying four to six people, depending on the weather conditions. For most people, the flight of the Nescafe Magic Mug was the very first time they were seeing anything of the kind.
There were spectacular musical performances by artistes like Kwaw Kesse, Tinny, Kaki, VIP and a host of others. The crowd went wild as artiste after artiste mounted the stage and sang along with them. The artistes thrilled the crowd throughout the three-day festival.
Nescafe brand manager, Mr Frank Kojo Amoah assured consumers of the brand’s excellent qualities and encouraged consumers and non-consumers to patronise Nescafe.
